The da vinci® team
Despite the highly developed technology of the da Vinci® surgical system, the success of the procedure largely depends on the surgeon and the surgical team.
As a result of the regular training sessions it attends and its daily practice the Tübingen-based da Vinci® team guarantees a constant good quality of surgery.
The team not only comprises the surgeon at the console but also an assistant (the so-called “patient-side assistant”) and scrub nurses. An experienced anaesthesiology team ensures safe anaesthetics.
